The only measurments you need are the distance from the center of the drive axle to the front arm mounting hole and the distance from the inside top of the tunnel down to the front arm mounting hole. The rear arm will need to be mounted about 1/2" futher apart in the tunnel (in relation to the front arm mount) than they are on the rails. I believe they are mounted 25" apart on the rails, so the rear arm mounting holes should be 25 1/2" away from the front mounting holes. Be VERY precise with this measurment. 1/8 inch off can make it either work or not work. When I did this many years ago, I made a template with the holes in the right place and bolted the template through the front holes (which are drilled using measurements from the drive axel and top of the tunnel). That way, the rear holes were perfect.

ok this is what I have 5 3/4 center of drive to center of front mounting hole 6 3/4 from top inside of tunnel to center of front hole, my arms are 24 1/4 apart on the rails and 24 1/2 in the tunnel the rear hole is 7 1/2 from the top of the insde tunnel . This is only an edge not a pro x we took measurements when Aaron built his old sled but I know he had to re do them you may want to get a hold of the person that bought his old sled . Kenny
